The key findings of the assessment show that Ceilite has successfully met the evidence requirements for the Investors in People Standard and is a recognised Investor in People with additional recognition for Gold.  

Business Strategy
  • Clear aims and objectives with regularly updated standards, procedures and guidelines. People were very clear on their role and how to meet customer needs.
Effective Management
  • Very strong supportive management culture with clear direction and support for people to be autonomous in their roles.
Culture and Communications
  • Very supportive, tailored and friendly culture with regular two way communications and involvement in decisions to ensure that any changes are well known and taken on board.
Developing People
  • Very clear and well used training matrices and manuals for Health and Safety, working methods and product knowledge with regular updates and accreditations to meet requirements.
Managing Performance
  • Clear standards and ways of working with regular reviews through monitoring outputs and 6 monthly appraisals. Wide range of recognition and rewards in use which are greatly appreciated by everyone.

Having conducted the assessment in accordance with Investors in People UK and The Assessment Network Limited’s guidelines, I am very pleased to confirm that Ceilite meets all the requirements of the Investor in People Standard and the Gold additional recognition! Congratulations!


Next review

Recognition as an Investor in People is subject to reviews against the Investors in People Standard every three years. Therefore Ceilite will be required to be assessed no later than 21 December 2012 which is 3 years from the last day onsite - although it is entirely possible to be reviewed prior to this date.
