At the heart of the Ceilite are our Servicing and Maintenance divisions functioning with an urgency to respond at all times. All Ceilite service engineers are in contact throughout the day to ensure that customers; needs are met. A full emergency call out service is also available with engineers on standby.
Ceilite service and maintain a wide range of equipment from a small single system through to large multiple systems, process cooling, and close control plant.
Ceilite’s ability to work with modern technology is reflected in operating a computer backed service system logging frequency of call outs, fault diagnosis, and repairs completed. This enables service history to be relayed to a service engineer and discussed in depth with the customer. Numerous customer sites are linked via modem back to Ceilite’s headquarters. This allows systems to be remotely monitored and interrogated with correction adjustments or fault identification. This in turn enables visiting engineers to perform any remedial work immediately upon attending the site thereby saving customers both time and money.
