We acted as the principal contractor for this project whereby we undertook and managed all elements of the build from initial design, to CDM, budget costings and subsequently delivering the project on time and budget. We not only undertook the building services works we actually, working with trusted partners, designed and built the required new plantroom and provided all of the electrical and specialist trades as required.
